  Had this company come by to give us a quote on a boiler and the man that came to inspect for the job was extremely rude and condescending to my husband. I won't be using their services and definitely would not recommend them to anyone.

  Beyond satisfied with every part of the process when working with this company. Courteous and prompt call center and plumbers, considerations made to keep the home and work area as clean as possible, clear explanations of work required and completed and pricing guide so there are no surprises. Yes, there are cheaper options, but I've been that route and at this point I need dependability and accountability so I am willing to pay extra.

  Quoted on 2 jobs. First involved replacing several leaking valves and a bathroom faucet set As this job required shutting house water off I did not feel comfortable doing it myself. Quoted $1100 and did job in 4 hours. Had all parts with him and was very professional Second job was to replace a fill valve in a toilet. Quoted $350.00. This I decided to do myself. Took me 2 hours and $40.00 in parts. Would go to again for jobs beyond my comfort level.

  Came promptly. Replaced the main cutoff valve in the house for $400. Used quality pro press parts and did the job quickly. He quoted the rest of the job at $7800. The job included working difficult and hidden areas and he was able to define a method of getting to all of the plumbing. Another plumber quoted $2200. I did the job myself in about 9 hours using $300 in parts.
