  I cannot RAVE enough about Rachel at the Brow Bar in the Macy's Sephora!!! I was in a tight time crunch and not only did she squeeze me in, she did an AMAZING job on my brows! That girl knew what she was doing! Thank you, thank you, thank you, I will always be going to her from now on!

  Love love love the new brow bar at Sephora in the JC Penny. Great customer service Melissa is the best. No one else will ever touch my brows besides her.
