  I came to Ben Simon during a visit to a friend who lived in Brooklyn. I was on vacation and wanted pampered. I got the chocolate pedicure. It felt great, I enjoyed the atmosphere and waiting area, and the pedicure came out lovely. They gave me a $19 deal as well! You can't beat that!

  My wife just got her wig picked up and they told her over the phone it would cost $36. When she went to the front desk to pay, they told her $50. She explained to them how the lady who did her wig didn't mention this $50 fee. The front desk explained that if you pick up the wig the same day it's extra money. My wife said no one mentioned this over the phone nor did the lady who did her wig. This is really bad service to not mention this additional service fee. We normally give tip wherever we go but this time we didn't because they never mentioned this additional fee. Unacceptable
