  I took my kids to Ben & Jerry's with first time. The food was good but the help find the counter was not. The young guy thought he was too busy to answer us a few questions for first time customers

  Great location, awesome ice cream, bad pricing, terrible terrible service, horrible customer service no people skills what so ever. Who is responsible of this place you guys are selling ice cream not drugs

  Terrible customer service, cashier didn't even say hi or thank you. Zero sense of urgency and over priced for the complete lack of customer service ... I won't be back to this location

  What has to be said? It's Ben and Jerry's!!! It's a very small location, which is to be expected given where it is in DC. Very clean. Staff are pretty friendly and professional. Prices are on the higher side given the small portions given. I love Ben and Jerry's but I'd recommend local offerings (like Larry's Homemade at Dupont) before this place.

  Great service and allowed us to sample a few before purchasing. A bit over priced but it is DC, so what do you expect. It was a week or so after opening and they were fully staffed so we got helped right away.
