  Generous scoops and great flavors. I love how well integrated and varied the "toppings" are in each variety of ice cream from Ben & Jerry's! The waffle cones here are great, too.

  Decent options of ice cream. Not blown away yet but good enough after a long walk on Newbury.

  Delicious ice cream at this small, lower-level brownstone shop on Newbury Street. Love the plant-based almond milk flavors. Not cheap, and very limited seating downstairs. There is indoor and outdoor setting here, and both get crowded.

  I am a frequent customer of this Ben and Jerry's. I stopped there on my birthday for my usual chocolate chip cookie dough--and they were out! Absolute disaster. I was devastated. I mentioned that I was disappointed by the fact that the one time they were out of the only ice cream I ever order was on my birthday. The individual behind the counter apologized--and then promptly gave me my order for free. Thanks, Ben and Jerry's, for great customer service! (But please don't run out of chocolate chip cookie dough again!)
