  So I called Ben Hur back in April I was looking for movers to move my items to storage unit I have already secured; they offered my another storage that they are associated with for cheaper cost( 1st red flag); the movers come but their only job is to drive your truck; you move all your things yourself. There is no option to have he movers move your stuff to storage option according to the rep. I got lucky the guy they sent actually helped me.. we get to the storage place the disorganization starts; the guy who is helping me cannot even focus for 2mins. Finally get my paper work done sign up for insurance and lock up my stuff. Then 3weeks later they email me saying I didn’t pay for insurance; my month is the storage ended today; I called them to make a payment; my bank account shows the transaction went through, the storage unit sends me an email saying my card on file was declined. Keep in mind I do not have a card on file. I still have not received an email with my receipt . If this isn’t suspicious for criminal activity I do not know what is. I called Ben Hur what ask what kind of storage they set me up with, the guy on the phone tells me that isn’t their problem. Be VERY CAREFUL about using their service

  The guys showed up on time and had my 2 bedroom apartment all wrapped up and loaded on to their truck in an hour! They moved us into our new walk up apartment with smiles on all of their faces and never complained once. We were cracking jokes and having a great time. They put together all of the furniture they had to take apart in record time...in fact, now our son's crib doesn't wobble anymore(they put it together better than we did!) I've used Ben Hur 3 times now and each experience has been better than the last. If I ever decide to move again, I will definitely call them back. I

  Great moving experience, even in dead-of-winter January. Luis Montalvo and his crew were well-prepared, efficient, and over-the-top helpful. Would use them again and recommend them to friends and family. The office staff is also friendly and responsive during business hours.

  This was my second time using Ben Hur. Great experience! They were on time, efficient, and cautious with the furniture. Iban and Feliciano were pleasant to work with! Would definitely recommend this company.

  The movers were professional and efficient! They were affordable! I would definitely use them again!
