  Excellent place to buy jewelry and watches. Staff are extremely knowledgeable, and you never feel pressured when you walk in, with an expectation that you should buy something or you are wasting time. Staff are all amicable and engaging and are great fun to hold conversation with as well.

  I was very impressed by the service I received at Ben Bridge. My wife and I were upgrading her ring for our 20th anniversary and honestly had been looking at Costco and online for a diamond since after looking around around they appeared cheaper. I am so glad we went to Ben Bridge because our salesperson showed us just how wrong we were. We worked with Michelle at Ben Bridge who was hands down the most knowledgeable person I had encountered out of all the stores we visited, and seemed to know everything there was to possibly know about diamonds. We went in several times and she was extremely patient with us and helpful, and managed to find us a diamond that was cheaper and NICER than what we had seen at Costco. She made a joke about being the "queen" of finding diamonds but she really is! She also designed a setting for my wife's diamond and had it made within a month for us. We are so happy to have found a quality jeweler in this state, and I will be going back there this fall to buy myself a rolex. I highly recommend this jeweler to everyone.
