  Needed a key reflashed to new ecu, his equipment was junk and couldn't connect to my cars ecu, even after we showd that we can connect to it with our lapto and scan tool he still wanted gas money! WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY

  For several years, Beltway Plaza has been my reliable, family-owned go-to hardware store. It has an amazing selection given its size, almost always very helpful staff, and prices never above Home Depot. Long-time bossman Barry is passing the torch to Alejandra, the new Latina.owner; perhaps the transition helps explain the previous reviewer's bad experience.

  Very poor customer service, the last time I went was May 2016. My son & I walked in and spoke and the 2 women at the counter were talking and giggling with a guy. My son & I was searching for a particular bolt and were never asked if we needed any assistance and we spent over 45min in the back of the store and going through all bolts and screws before I decided to leave. As my son and I were exiting the store 1 girl asked if we needed any help and my response to her was "It's a little late tobe asking that step your customer service skills up".

  I have copied several hard keys at this store. They are very fast, cheap and patient. The keys work really well.
