  I wish never had any kind of business with this people, i have to get irp plates for my truck the lady ask me for 2290 and 3 other notarized forms i send it she say in a week you will have you plates a week later she ask me for more notarized forms and she told me this is last paper i need have to pay another notary plus overnite service and when finally she got paperwork about 1300,ups drop it at 1030 she ask for another notarized form i simply call some one else and get it as otr driver i not have a notary in my truck. And now she send me an invoice for her services. I was sitting for 5 days i spen over $140 in notary and overnite service and she expect a payment.?
