  I would not recommend Bell's My Own Cleaners to anyone. They are really nice people; however, their dry cleaning service is horrible. Almost half of the shirts I bring them will be missing buttons. They will sew a button back on the shirt, but it will always look funny, as the button they sew on will not match the others on the shirt. Most recently I noticed a shirt I brought to them was not even cleaned properly. It was still dirty around the collar and missing a button. When I pointed this out the lady at the front desk told me I had to pay for the dirty shirt, that was also missing a button, and had to wait until Monday to talk to the owner to get a refund. If not, they will confiscate my shirt and not release it until I pay! This is extremely unfortunate because I gave them several opportunities to improve their service and they still could meet my basic expectations of a dry cleaning service, clean clothes and no missing buttons. I now go to better dry cleaners; however, I have to drive bit further, but don't have to worry about missing buttons or dirty clothes. I would recommend people taking their business elsewhere.
