::An excellent structure with great location absolutely ruined by sub-par customer service and money gouging staff. My family stayed here for an event. We were accompanied by several other guests from room to room. We woke up in the morning to a smoke free bill of an absolutely ridiculous amount of money. No reasoning of any kind besides word of mouth as to why weโre were suspect of this. They refused to comply with us as they probably just wanted someone to pin it on. The location is great. There are plenty of other hotels within a blocks radius. Save your money and stay at those ones. Bellevue club will take every penny they can without backing.

::Great place to sign up in especially in a rainy city like seattle - itโs like a vacation center when you want to change your Mood you get a good work out and swim and jacuzzi so life canโt be any better ! Plus no other gyms in the area have pools or jacuzzis available or as clean.

::Quickly want to add the friendly and professional staff Carlos and Kim who accommodated my food choices even though they were not on the menu of the Polaris.

::The room we had was really nice for a couple's weekend away. The cleaning staff missed a few minor items but were quick to come up when we pointed it out to the front desk. There is definitely a lot of activity on-site to keep you active during the day. Once the light rail opens from Seattle to Bellevue I'm sure this place will be hard to reserve at.

::We had the best time at this resort. Friendly Staff. Everyone went overboard for us. The VIP service was wonderful. Use the Valet parking. Enjoy the restaurants and courts. We walked the track because it was raining.
