  My wife and I opened a bank account yesterday, and my wife ran into an issue when she tried to deposit money into the new account. The ATM ran into a technical issue, would not return her card, and failed to return the full amount she was trying to deposit. Unfortunately, this happened right as the bank was closing. My wife drove around to the front building where she spoke with the Branch Manager named Jennifer who refused to assist or offer any kind of explanation for the situation, and simply told my wife to return in the morning. At this time I was concerned the ATM would possibly return the card and/or the money later in the evening if the technical issue was resolved. I contacted customer support to see if they could offer some kind of explanation. They explained how to resolve the issue and gave us reassurance that the debit card was secured. We returned the next day to open a dispute for the missing money and get a new card issued. However, at this point I regret opening the account with how my wife was treated, and the demeanor of the branch manager. I would never expect someone to work after hours, but taking a moment to offer a simple explanation would have made a huge difference. Please be wary if you decide to bank with this branch.

  I opened a bank account yesterday (12/01/22) with Kashmira. She was a pleasant experience, however, last night around 5:20 pm I went to use the drive up atm. I was able to deposit a small amount of the money before my card and $320 were taken by the atm. I drove up to the front door at 5:36 and yes, they were closed. The front desk guy came to the door and I explained what had happened. He got his manager, Jennifer. Jennifer basically refused to listen to me, offering no help and telling me to come in when they are open. At this point, I had no idea what was going to happen with my debit card, and what would happen to the money I attempted to deposit. Luckily, my husband was able to contact customer support over the phone to offer some reassurance. Jennifer could have offered the same information, but refused to offer any assistance of any kind. I came back at 9:30am and the front desk woman was helpful but still missing $320. I’m now considering closing my account and losing that $320 and it’s mainly because of how Jennifer treated me last night.

  Had an approval for a loan with the rates. Bank agent emails and says loan is ready please come in. Show up and nothing is ready. She tells two different stories to each person in this transaction. We wait 1.5 hours hoping it was all settled. Go to sign and she says oh by the way your rate just went up 1 point, we didn’t realize the truck was older than it is. We all walked out. You guys are scammers and you shouldn’t be in business!

  Horrible customer service the staff was rude and very under trained I had to drive all the way from another city that’s what I was told to do by the branch only to be told that I had to call a number which the person that I called was more than helpful He fixed everything that they should have and informed me that they should’ve called from the very beginning so I went back through the line to wait another half an hour I was told that we were waiting on a manager override something even though the customer service agent that helped me on the phone had unlocked everything on my account. nobody was in line, nobody was in the lobby or waiting! They’re very deceitful which was a huge surprise to me! I’ve always had great customer service at every other branch save yourself the trouble and do not come to this branch!
