  It's a city street AND a city park. It's narrow for drivers, but the sidewalks have patio seating and gardened areas, some blocks have pianos, and during the summer parts of the street are use for Seattle City Parks events.

  The concept behind this park is interesting but the execution is less than stellar. The park comprises a tract of public space along Bell Street with tables and chairs for people to sit. As the park is on both sides of the road it creates confusion for pedestrians and drivers alike. The space appears to be used by the community often so it must be serving a need, although inelegantly.
