  I will NEVER step foot in this place again. The women at the Estée Lauder counter that were working today 4/20 at around 3 pm were incredibly snobbish and rude. If the gift with purchase was past then say that! Instead they tried to tell me I had to spend more than the $37.50 in order for them to CHOOSE to give it to me. She specifically stated that they had "a few more but were using it to their benefit." Wow! Never again will I spend a dime at belk or on Estée Lauder products. Euless/Glade Parks store.

  From what I've seen, Belk lacks variety, marketing itself almost entirely to middle-class, mid-30s white couples and their children. It's a shop for people who want to stay on the safe side of fashion; people who prefer their coffee with a little bit too much cream and drive five miles under the speed limit. (You know who you are.) Imagine if Walmart took their clothing styles and decided that instead of paying $15 for a pair of jeans with a few tiny holes on the knees, you're going to be paying $45. Now take that concept and apply it to an independent retail chain, and you have Belk. However, I will admit that I fell in love with a really cute pair of black faux-leather flats with oversized bows on the toes, and subsequently paid $35 for them.

  Great visit. Liked the savings a lot. Amal was so friendly and courteous. She recognized my wife and me from a prior visit.

  Great store. I got a suit here on sale for $100. They price matched an item for me even though we weren’t exactly positive that it was the same exact item. Very very happy shopper. Will return for sure.
