  This was an awesome experience. The guys who came for our move were professional, courteous, friendly and thorough. We are very pleased! They were like watching a “machine” work. They knew what they were doing and didn’t stop until done. Names are Ben, Ben and Damien.

  We were very pleased with our move from Nevada to Arkansas using Bekins. They met both the pickup and delivery dates as promised. The driver and crew were excellent, very professional. The staff we dealt with in the office were wonderful as well. We would use them again.

  They did a great job of packing our prepacked boxes. Driver was curteous and was there on time. Unpacking required another truck and was done as swiftly as could be expected. All the employees have been polite and customer service has been exceptional. Thanks to all for a great move.

  At first when the crew arrived at our home, they said “we weren’t ready to move” and they insulted both my husband and I. After speaking with the salesman, (and begin), we began the process. After this moment, everything went GreAT! They were fast, effective, and careful. We even cracked some jokes along the way! Everything turned out great!

  Bekins provided professional, friendly, and helpful service from the first phone call for a quote to the last item unloaded from the truck to my house. The estimator arrived promptly to our appointment. He did a thorough walk through and provided a estimate. He took the time to explain what all would be included in the estimate and the various items that would impact the estimate. The driver was exceptional in communication. He reached out with questions for me prior to the pick-up date. He provided contact information so that if I had questions, I could contact him. The crew who loaded and the crew who unloaded my items were awesome. They worked quickly and CAREFULLY!! I had no damage, no lost items, no issues with any of my possessions. This included my motorcycle! Not even the tiniest ding. I will definitely use Bekins again and will recommend them to everyone!
