  We had an emergency heater repair needed. Multiple companies, who were much closer to our house, either pushed us off saying they couldn't do the work we needed or just sent us to an "emergency voice mail" that had no response. Paul, on the other hand, answered our call, was kind enough to come out to our home after 8PM, and complete the repair quickly, professionally, and with a pleasant attitude. For a reasonable price, our heating system is now repaired and we can sleep comfortably. We cannot thank Paul enough for his timely visit and repairs in our time of need. We would absolutely recommend Behlen Plumbing to those who need plumbing work.

  I called Paul desperate, as National Grid turned off our gas because we didn't have an air intake. We'd called another guy first, who showed up the next day, took our $575 deposit for the part that we needed and 2 weeks later, we were still calling him to beg him to come do this so we can have hot water again! I called Paul and the next day he had someone at the house to do what needed to be done to get the hot water heater on............yay! Today they came and finished the job, so we now have heat!! If I could give Behlen Plumbing & Heating 100 stars, I would! What a nice, courteous, professional guy who went out of his way to help us!! Thanks, Paul! We will be calling you again!
