::We aren't big bike people. By that I mean, we don't know much about bike brands and all the latest bike technology. But we bike a fair amount and were shopping for a new bike for my wife. All of the employees were great. They were very patient with us and really tried to understand her needs and recommend bikes they thought would suit her. Max from the shop was particularly great and spent a lot of time with us. We looked at around 5 bike shops, she rode a ton of bikes, and ultimately picked one from behind bars. They were very friendly when we came back for a second ride and let her take the bike out for almost 40 minutes, so she could be sure it was the right one. After buying her bike, and seeing their service quality, i brought my vintage bike in for a tune up. I was planning on getting one of the more expensive packages, but their mechanic took a look while i was standing there and said it only needed a small amount of work, which was much less expensive than the package. I really appreciate that kind of honesty. Especially when dealing with a non-expert like me. I would highly recommend this shop for bike purchases or repairs.
