  Used several times for runs to JFK, and the cars were frequently 10-15 minutes late. Final straw was neglecting to show up for an early morning pickup, having "lost" the request made just the night before, and then being unable to provide any car in a reasonable time. Cars shabby and in poor repair.

  Lost my job because of these fools, made me wait a hour calling back and forth when I could just taken the train and been a whole lot less late. Smh

  This afternoon my mom and I are going to.pick up my.cousin and this cab driver car 101 Is 100 percent rude and disrespectful about the car passing bye and.stuff and guess what it cost 10 bucks from my cousin school and 10 bucks from.dropping home so that.makes 20 and the driver said to my face I dont need to.agrue this black.driver.and the.whole car service.are.nothing but total.criminals and I.spoke to opreator who runs.the.place and I said listen the that.guy in the white car # 101 that.he's been rude.and disrespectful and.he's the teeth thank you next time I.going switch.to another car service The End

  This cab company is beyond the worst. They took a half an hour to show up then tried to charge me more then what i usually paid. On top of that i dealt with most of the drivers and ALL of them are rude and they drive so slow. DO NOT TAKE THIS CAB COMPANY EVERR!!

  Told me it would be five minutes. Asked for an exact address even though I gave them the intersection.I had to call twice to confirm and the dispatcher had no idea where the diver was. She was nice but still didn't know. Driver at least followed my directions. I just want things to be easy. If I'd been drinking id have never got home. Love car services but this was the least helpful I've ever encountered. Avoid if possible .
