  I wish I could give - 5 stars! We picked a quartzite about 2,5 years ago and we told this was great for kitchen counters. After about 2 days we noticed how water was seeping in from the edges and discolored the surface. After numerous complaints one of the sales people came to our house and gave some explanation about resin - which were put on to seal the SURFACE - not being on the cut edges - because resin does not seal the cut surfaces! So cut edges are around the dishwasher, sink, stove, fan... and the stone looks awful. They finally offered at $3.00 discount on the $16 per foot price! The small fabricator company would remove and reinstall for free! Go figure!

  horrible. Showroom staff is of no help. Basically point you to an area and them tell you they don't have anything you are looking for. The tile I DID buy.. had to go to other side of warehouse where the staff there can't answer simple questions. AND can't find the tile you just bought.

  They have the worst customer service, I work for a granite company and called more then 10 times to get a price on a slab no answer, two of those times they answered told them I needed a price and transferred me and no answer still. Called to complain about this, the guy just laughed and put me on hold for a long time. Don't recommend this place.

  Good selection of tile, but non existent return policy and not so knowledgable sales staff. when purchasing tile sales person stated that tile came in sheets as shown in display (12"X12" sheet s). I got my installation quote based on this. When I picked up the tile it came in interlocking sheets causing more labor during installation. I also ended up with 7 extra full sheets after install that they won't let me return. That's $80 I didn't really need to spend. I love the tile, but because of the return policy I will probably never shop here again.
