  Went to return a gift that I had received over the holidays. After waiting in line customer service said that I could shop for anything in the store to exchange it for the item I had brought back ($30 value). After shopping for 15 minutes, I returned to the customer service desk and they then told me that they could not accept my returned item because the bar code did not scan and they could not find the item in their store. This would have been okay if they had told me BEFORE I spent 15 minutes shopping/wasting my time.

  The customer service kinda suck, one lady did not speak english, then the ladies in the actual customer service didnt wanna work so I just walked away and one of the guys ended up helping me, he was very helpful I should have gotten his name...the others SUCK

  I went into this BBB to do a wedding registry. I was greeted by the sales associate, Debbie who helped me with the entire registry. Debbie was incredible. She was instrumental in helping me through the registry process. For something that is an overwhelming task, Debbie made it an enjoyable and fun experience. Can't thank her and her co-workers enough for all their help and professionalism!
