  I had to write a review after having a fantastic experience at the Caruth Plaza location. Even though it was busy, David went out of his way to help me with bedding that I wanted but was out at this location AND online. He checked and found it at another store and called to ensure it was definitely in stock before I drove there. Kudos for taking the time. Excellent customer service!

  Dorothy who works there was such a sweet heart and showed me a website I could get 20% off once a month there when I was checking out. She saved me $30 on my juicer I was buying. Appreciate customer service like that!

  I went to Bed Bath & Beyond on Park Lane, Dallas, TX on December 10 looking for flatware, napkins, placemats, etc. in order to set my table. While there I noticed a placesetting that the store had put together. It was exactly what I had pictured in my mind that I was looking for! I had looked at other stores (West Elm, Z Gallerie, etc.) for what I had pictured in my mind, but didn't see anything like it. But, here it was! at Bed Bath & Beyond. The problem was that I couldn't find where these were being sold in the store. Jennifer was working that day and offered to help me. We found 4 of the napkins in various displays, but none packaged for sale. We also couldn't find the placemats. We found 4 of the napkin rings in displays, and Jennifer got the box out of the back, so I could purchase those. She also called other stores and researched online to help me identify the napkins. We ordered the placemats online. She identified the napkins, and we found 4 of them in displays. She wrote down the sku on a piece of paper for me to be able to buy them. She spend a lot of time helping me get the place setting I wanted. She went above a beyond, and I am very grateful! The place setting looks amazing in my home on my table with my china! I want to thank her very much! Thank you!
