  Lady have me waiting for over 10 minutes she never came back and alot of the merchandise don't have a price, my experience was not pleasant. No personnel to attend customers

  I couldn't find an item I was looking for so the gal at the register ordered it online, without shipping costs! I should receive the item within 3 to 5 business days. Nice people here!

  Great, the employee's are very helpful and always friendly. The store manager knows everything about his merchandise in the Mansfield store. I always enjoy shopping at Bed Bath & Beyond.

  Shout out to the sales rep Kim. She was great. Customer service was excellent and friendly. Kim went above and beyond to assist me during my visit. Didnt get my cashier name ahe was great as well. Thanks to all of you at this location.

  Great selection. I just hate being asked if I need help every two steps. Customer service is important, but please know the difference between that and harassing the customer. I'm perfectly capable of finding what I need and if I need help I will ask. For a 10 minute shopping experience I don't want to be asked 10 times if you can help me. That makes me want to not shop with your store.
