  Moral of the Story: One Lies and the other one Swears to it~HORRIBLE and also UNFAIR-Cassandra attempted to give me a tight curly perm, and it came out a loose curled perm with a whole bunch of straight hairs everywhere she didn't roll the hair properly into the rollers. Linda, the manager had the audacity to suggest it was my thinning hair except when I went back in and saw one half of my head was fine (for real-she permed one side relatively well) she then went on to blame medications I was on, which I am on NONE. I asked for them to fix it-they said no they were worried that it may 'burn my hair'...I asked for a refund...refused...calling owner of salon and will call my credit card company next. This place has become really bad. No more mall hairdo's for me!

  The first time I had got my haircut here it was great! The second time, however, someone else was doing it and it did not go well. The lady in the front said she was a good stylist yet the one doing my hair didn't listen at all. She cut my bangs choppily, the hair is uneven and this is NOT even the haircut I wanted. She upped and did her own thing after I showed the picture to her and told her how I wanted it, many times. I'm not going back to that stylist; I'm disappointed and upset.

  WORST HAIRCUT EVER...DO NOT DO IT TO YOURSELF !!!! Have to have it recut.. Customer service the worst ....

  My younger brother got a haircut here and it was by far the worst haircut I have ever seen. The lady cut the sides completely unevenly and the front was completely straight. We wanted the haircut to be a little longer in the front so that it could be spiked up with gel but we can't anymore.

  I have lived in the Poughkeepsie area for 3.5 years. I have a haircut that I have explained to other stylists at other salons and this was the first time the stylist cut and styled my haircut exactly like I wanted. I was very pleased with my stylist and will only go to her from now on. I don't know if I can mention my stylist's name so I will just list her first initial (R).
