  Came here yesterday afternoon for the first time. The receptionist did my lashes. She had a horrible cough and i had to keep telling her to sanitize her hands before she touched ne again. Secondly she took TWO HOURS on my lashes. No update, no informing me that she took it upon herself to give me a FULL SET not a NATURAL SET like we discussed. She then charged me 10 extra dollars because of this. I was clearly tired and dehydrated so I didnt wanna get into but honestly that was very unprofessional and if you have a cough, maybe stay home that day. I am going to monitor how these lashes come off otherwise I will be going back to complain or try to get my money's worth because 70 for 2 hours of disgusting coughing and not to mention, LASHES DO NOT TAKE THAT LONG. It was just alot and I'm not happy with that. You don't need to be sneaky. You tell the customer or maybe ASK THEM IF IT IS OK TO ADD MORE LASHES. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK! GROSS!

  I went to yesterday. She was very kind and gentle. Also she was very carefully doing the lashes. It was very quiet and comfortable. I highly recommend this place!!!!

  It was my very 1st time. She was very nice and thoughtful. I am extremely claustrophobic and almost ran off the table. She was patient with me and i suggested if i can lay on my side, she said ok,even though shes never done it that way. It came out great,lots of compliments.
