  I was in the store this morning ( 1-22-18) and I must say that Nathan was so helpful and friendly. He really took the time out to help me find a great flat iron that best suits me, keep up the great work over there.

  I just want to say how much I love my hair. Tara is the best stylist ever. I came to her with a hair emergency from another salon and she fixed me right up on no time. She literally saved me from the disaster hair color job from a another salon. She truly is a great stylist and I can't thank her enough.

  The last time I went, they handed me a receipt and it had a $5 charge for thick hair on it. I've never had a charge like that anywhere else. I went again for my last haircut (because I had forgotten about the extra charge) and the new stylist informed me there would be a $10 charge for LONG hair?! My hair is just a little past my shoulders. I asked why since they have to cut hair no matter what the length is. She said because of drying time. I asked how much if I don't get it dried? (My normal place gives a cheaper option for no blow dry). She said, "Same." Then she didn't say a single word to me the entire time she cut and dried my hair. Most awkward hair cut ever. Then she gave me a mirror. I had asked for long layers and even showed a picture at the beginning. There were none so I asked about it. She said, oh I just don't ever do that because i don't want to make customers mad. Do you want me to? Just a really weird and awkward experience. Beauty Brands Salon is definitely overpriced and sneaky for charging more for "long hair."
