  I have never reviewed anything, ever, but I was so impressed by everybody at Beautiful Dental that I had to review them. Dr. Chung and Dr. Song are both awesome and so are the staff and well I can't say enough positive things about them. From the moment you walk in you are welcomed with smiles from the caring staff and Awesome service! I went there with my hubby. The Doctor made sure my husband was totally numb and he had no pain during the procedure. The staff followed up with me and made sure all my questions were answered. I highly recommend this place!

  I want to spread a word out that this is worst experience I ever had in my life. I went get extraction & after they numb me 4-5x and when they were about to start..... I felt the worst pain that I didn't let them continue. He was anted to continue. He says I had to stay still . And I was like it freaking hurts like hell!! I wrote a review on their page and all sudden I'm blocked from this page. They may be cheap place but deftly wouldn't recommend anyone coming here at place call Beautiful dentist place by Suffolk Ave in Brentwood. I left in pain and crying as I drove home . 😢

  My experience with Dr. Song has been wonderful. She's the most professional and kind dentist you'll ever meet. I highly recommend her to my family and friends.

  I was told I needed a few extractions done asap, I wasn't going to be put to sleep rather they were going to use local anesthesia in which your still awake for the whole process, so I only wanted 1 extraction done that visit. The dentist suggest I do more than, I refused. He insisted that I do more than 1 extraction that visit. I still refused, after my 1st extraction was done I scheduled another appointment to come back to give myself sometime to heal, however I missed that appointment due to a death in my family. I rescheduled the appointment and when I came in I explained that I missed my prior appointment due to the death in my family and as well I was still under pain from the last extraction they did, that didn't seem to matter much to the dentist he just seemed ready to pull more teeth out, telling me "you really need to get this done today, you shouldn't keeping waiting" etc. I explained again "I'm still under pain from my last procedure". Once he saw that I wasn't going to have more extractions done that day, I was given some more pain medication, a handshake and told that he wasn't going to do the work and that I needed to find somewhere else. At that point I just felt like it was about him getting money from my insurance company to do the work not about my health. So I calmly left, when I got in the car reality kicked in that basically because I was still under pain and didn't want another extraction done that day I was of no use to them. I went had my prescription filled that day for my pain medication and few weeks I had the procedure I needed done at a much better office. I will never return to Beautiful Dental again.

  I usually do not write any reviews, but I decided to write one saddened by other reviews that didn't give this place at least four stars! I have been going to this place almost every 6 months for past four years, and I absolutely love this office. I had tried so many different dental offices in the past, and this office is by far the better one if not the best. The doctors here are very dedicated, kind, and knowledgeable. The office facility is clean and up to date as if they just opened the place every time I visit there. I had my front bridges done by Dr. Chung and they look better than my real teeth and matches perfectly with my other teeth. He had even fixed my one back tooth that other dentists told me that it can not be saved four years ago. Dr. Song sees my young daughters and they are very happy and comfortable with her as well. At this point, almost all of my relatives living near this location is going to this place. I do notice that I have to make my appointments more in advance now than before. I assume that they are getting busier with more patients coming in just by word of mouth because they don't really advertise. I got lucky that I found this place.
