  The staff at Beautiful Beginnings goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. They helped out in a big way with an "oops" in delivering birthday flowers. Customer service is a top priority and the flowers are stunning as well!

  Unusual and unprecedented customer service: I sent flowers to my sister for her birthday, completely forgetting that she was on vacation and wouldn't be home for the better part of a week. I called Beautiful Beginnings and spoke to Lori asking if the flowers were perhaps (hopefully) left with a neighbor since no one would have answered the door at my sister's home. They had been left on my sister's front porch; however, without hesitation, Lori said they would send a fresh bouquet upon my sister's arrival home. Despite my protestations, she insisted and wouldn't accept any additional payment for MY mistake. Don't see or hear about this kind of service too often anymore. They'll have my business in the future, without a doubt.
