  Usually medicine is a humanitarian profession but here all wht they care for is money ! They messed up with my ingrown toe and repeated the procedure twice( the doctor was an intern )... They asked me to pay 2x and each time i took off and i was in pain twice..

  I do not recommend this facility and I will never go back to it. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Why would an emergency room doctor (Joseph Schramski) recommend a specialist but then emergency room staff (Ellie) refuse to send a physician referral, as required by the specialist? (a physician referral is unrelated to an insurance referral) This visit to emergency was costly and of no benefit. Now needed medical attention is postponed even longer. Please consider this negative experience so you and your family do not have to go through what my family and I did.

  My physician has moved to this new location. It was a nightmare to locate her. I had to drive an hour back and forth as google did not update her current location neither beaumont chart. Her name was not added to the board in front of the door. I had to rush and drive between canton center and haggery and finally miss my appointment time. It's so ridiculous that no one took responsibility rather than me making another appointment. We public don't have a choice and no care is given for us. Ridiculous!

  Worst ER experience I’ve ever had. Went in for nausea and vomiting. Nurses had very bad attitudes and I ended up leaving just as sick as I came in. Furthermore, they failed to mention my potassium and magnesium was low and did not treat this. I would not send my worst enemy there. Went to Henry Ford and I was treated properly. Shout out to the great nurses and Doctors at Henry Ford.

  This place continues to disappoint. It’s close to my house and a friend who works for Beaumont urged me to “give this place another chance “. Wow. What a waste of my time and effort. The staff here is less than polite, their tone and attitude creates an atmosphere of indifference and hostility. Staff appears annoyed, irritated and not interested at all in the individual who comes here for services. Big sign by the lab declares “MASKS MUST BE WORN PROPERLY AT ALL TIMES” meanwhile staff sits at the desk with masks hanging below their noses. A Beaumont “security guard” sits in a chair near front entrance with NO mask on! What??? Either have a mask policy or don’t. Enough with the inconsistency and “rules for some but not for others”. A little consistency here would go a long way toward creating an atmosphere that is welcoming and not authoritarian and hostile in nature. One (the only positive) encounter here was with a lab technician who did the blood draw. The patient is anxious around needles and when tech was informed she did a fantastic job of distracting the patient with relevant questions. Sadly, I actually hate this place now and will never return again. I’ll drive 100 miles to another facility just to avoid doing business here ever again. Beaumont-get your act together and become a place of healing and care. Right now- YOU’RE FAILING.
