  this is a 4.2 mile moderate hike good for everybody. you can get winded so rest as you need. for sure bring a liter of water more if hotter. you can get drink at the top. you will get a workout. but you have a lookout you can rest at with a great view or if you think a trail is too much. turn around at this point

  A great place for family, it may hurt your feet for a few days, but it's worth it because of the great view.
