  Run down office! They’re several options of dentist in the area, this one is run down, not maintained. The staff is absolutely rude, every time there is a different front desk each equally rude. I specifically asked on the phone before booking my appointment if I would be able to accompany my children in the backc they said yes,l! When I arrive not the case, I had to explain I was going back and ended up leaving because the utter cluster this office is in.

  Had a wonderful experience today. First trip to the dentist in years, so I had a decent amount of work needing to get done. They were able to take care of all of it very quickly. Office manager (Tye), Dr. Walker, and everyone else were all very kind and professional. Definitely coming back.

  I think this is the most corrupted dental clinic in the us. I used to take my two kids there because they're two blocks away from my house, soon they know that you have an insurance they will tell you that your child needs the silver caps all over and they did that to my oldest son and we were not sure if he really needed that. After that was the time of other child check up and they said the same thing that he needs silver caps all over his teeth. So I told them do not do it and we're leaving so one of the ladies that works there followed me outside in the parking lot and where you going the doctor said he can do fillers only if you like just come back inside. I said what about the silver caps? Did not need that? So i went to other dentists and they said he doesn't need nothing done today because he looks so good.

  My son had the worst experience here! He was just 5 at the time, and he doesnt want to see any dentist because he said that doctor was bad! Run away!

  I got the worst experience at this clinic that my daughter has to live for the rest of her life. First of all, parents, please do not given to these guys wrong advise to take out baby out teeth thinking they are creating space for the permanent teeth. They did to my daughter and that caused alot of problems that will take for ever to fix. I have tried to ask as many dentists as possible what they about taking out baby teeth to creat space and they all say no body should do that. You wait for all the teeth to come out and then start working on alignment and positioning but not at age 4. Well I wish I knew. I trusted them and believed their lies and put my daughter through so much pain. To have 4 teeth pulled in one day, then now she is dealing with the same problem because her teeth came out twisted as a result of what they did. My daughter went through because she has insurance that paid everything. I know that is what happened. I wish I knew. My daughter would be having a better now. I gave in to the lies and signed consent papers. I will always say I wish I knew. When I asked for medical records to seek a second opinion, they asked their lawyer to get in touch with me. They were thinking of a legal action, I was thinking about my daughter. One of their employees asked me if that was my child and I said yes and they all turned and looked at each other. I asked myself if it was wrong to have one child, I still ask myself. Each time I think about this clinic, I remember what they did to my baby. I will never forget you Bear Creek.
