  DMV needs to be strictly online, worst service. I tried to go last week on friday and there was no lie about 40 plus people waiting inside and out in the hall way. So I left because it was obvious I wasn't going to get help. Called today, rude as hell. She picked up the phone and said Hello I am too busy to answer questions and hung up!!!! Seriously why are most DMV visits a nightmare. The beacon and newburgh one are the worst. Maybe I'll try Goshen, never ever trying beacon or newburgh again, scum employees

  Out of the 4 staff on may 2 ,3 off them are nice. After multiple trips I was unlucky enough to get the 4th one. She was surly,rude,and dismissive. If you go to this dmv and you feeling lucky you have a one in four chances of getting the dragon. You will immediately know witch one she is.

  Needed to renew license, checked google to see which location would work out the best, paid the toll, in and out in less than 20 minutes. Rep was pleasant helpful & had a sense of humor. Gracias!

  Service was excellent !! Staff VERY helpful ! Rare experience for a government office , have never had such service before.

  What a delightful interaction. The guy who helped me (dang I wish I had gotten his name, what a boss) was extremely nice, informative, helpful, and just above and beyond pleasant even when I walked in 15 minutes before close. Thanks! Keep being rad!
