  Cute place right by the beach and tons of bars and restaurants, on a main tourist strip. My friends had the ground floor unit with the patio and we all talked, ate, drank and played games there late into the night without issue. They might allow dogs in the home but the beach here is off limits to dogs during most of the day. You could bring your dog to the beach early in the morning and again at night, just not during the day.
