  This studio is the real deal! Throughout the years my practice has brought me in and out, but everyone I come back, it is like I never left! For one my body and how much it loves the practice and the heat to give me the extra umpf! Secondly the teachers(yogis) and owners who the heartbeat of the studio. They embrace all students with equal love and respect of where your practice is and encourage all of us to meet your body where it is that day! Try it out, this is a great way to unwind your body, with heat , open your heart to yourself (in the mirror) and to Laugh.

  I love this yoga studio - the teachers are kind, patient and highly knowledgable and the studio is clean.
