::Absolute horrible service. I purchased a box spring,mattress and frame for 651.56 on 3/30/18 I was told the mattress was a special order and they would call me when it came in. Well I still hadn't received a call by 4/17/18 so I called them ,and asked if it came in ,and why was I never called. All thry sid 2as they had my order and asked if I wanted it delivered that day. So I said yes. Around 4pm they delivered it and about 20min latter I started setting it up. At that time I noticed that the box spring was snapped,was delivered broken. I called them right back. They told me they would have to check to see if the had any and if not had to order it again. I was told I would get a call to let me know. Well another 2 weeks went by and nothing. So I called them back today 4/30/18 and asked why was I never called and what was going on he never answered to why I was not called. His response was ok I can have it there for you after 4pm. The delivery came after 5pm and I noticed the as they brought the box spring in that it was not the same one I purchased. So I said to the delivery man this isn't the one I purchased. It's the wrong one . The one I had purchased was a matching set and they seen that the one they took out was different than the one they brought in They told me to call the store. I called right away and explained to the guy that this is the wrong one and he gave me an attitude and said what do.you mean it's the wrong one?. I told him it is totally different than the one they just took out. I purchased a matching set it you sent the wrong one. He told me that tomorrow I would get it exchanged. He totally tried to give me.a pos and thought I was not going to say something. Worst customer service ever from the Chelsea store. I'm so angry right now. 5/1/18 still have yet to receive my box spring it's now after 7pm and I'm sure they only deliver to a certain time..

::They lied to us about having the product and when we went to pick it up later they sent us to Saugus to get it. Horrible customer service.

::Need decent amount of time to browse, store is HUGE and seems to have something in every dept!! Prices are great...employees friendly....

::I love the store in Chelsea Square. I find beatiful drapes and other things for my home. Be aware in parts of the store things are disorganized but you can find find things that you may not have seen in a long time. I like the store for that reason
