  I usually don't write negative reviews but today I found the need to do because this was the most disheartening experience I've ever had. I purchased a dress for an event that I ended up not going to because everyone in my house caught a stomach virus. The dress hung in my closet in the same garment bag in which I purchased it, I didn't even open the bag. I decided to return the dress since I no longer had a need for that type of a dress. After arriving at this store (dress still in original bag, unopened and unworn) the snobby GIRL that was supposed to be helping me totally insulted me by implying that the dress had been worn not because there was evidence of wear but because there wasn't a dress tag attached; not the price tag because that was attached. She instead that it was their store policy to not sell dresses without (dress tags) as there were plenty of other dresses without them😕!!! In the end she didn't accept the dress, had nasty passive aggressive attitude and insulted a regular BCBG customer. Needless to say no more BCBG for me. I refuse to spend my money in a place where people don't treat clients with respect. This is such a shame because I really like their clothes. 😢
