::Representatives laughed at me when I stated I was poor. Very unprofessional. Took 3 weeks to receive my card after opening an account. After finally getting a checkbook I made a deposit and was told I had to wait 30 days as a new customer. Never heard of this before. When I asked what low income individuals do when they need their money, 3 of the tellers laughed in my face. The app is pathetic and only calls up a blank white screen. The website keeps making me make a new password every single time I log in, then says my password cannot be the same as the old password. Now for the good part. After I deposited my first check in this bank, they put a hold on both my available funds as well as the deposit. So I haven't eaten in 2 days. There is no customer support via phone for emergencies past 12 am on Saturdays. Unprofessional, rude, discriminative and unreliable.
