  I wanted to take responsibility for my own "optimal good health". And I wanted to avoid the pitfalls inherent to traditional health care namely, the treatment of symptoms. At Best Care Wellness Center Theresa has helped me take ownership for my good health and put together a holistic treatment regime that is taking care of all of me. I've gotten off the Standard American Diet, begun drinking water and committed to walking 20 minutes every day. In Just six months, my diets improved, I'm sleeping better, I've lost weight, I'm happier and I've improved my overall outlook on life. At what I consider the start of "My Golden Years" I believe that The Best is Yet to come!

  Wonderful comprehensive assessment and treatment from Theresa. I learned a great deal and appreciate the opportunity to test for more than what is covered in the standard annual medical exam. Looking forward to being healthier from a holistic perspective.
