  Out of all BBVA locations in El Paso this one is the best. And although it could be best by default since all other locations are terrible and unpoeofessional, this location actually delivers great customer service. I don’t mind making the drive to this location even though it’s not the closest.

  It is unbelievable how the branch on North Loop just cant get together. The ATM is always broken the lines inside are ridiculous, there 2 tellers one that handles both the inside and the drive thru. I deposited 340.00 in the ATM, it took my money but didn't acknowledge receipt of the money or give me a receipt. I had to go in and file a dispute, well its been 3 days and they have checked the ATM, and it could take up to 10 days for anything to happen. I need the money, but to them it's just their policy. Save yourself lots of headaches and don't bank with Compass at least not the one on North Loop.

  Everyone at this location is wonderful, friendly, and very helpful always with a smile on their face no matter the day or time.

  It has all the little things that a bank has; besides, my dad banks here. I love the bookstore that's behind the bank.
