  If I could give negative stars I would. I left work at 330pm today, then drive from Irving to FTW, pick up money from home and arrive at the bank by 433pm. Feeling happy that I made it to the bank before they close. I walk in make eye contact with the teller, smile and tell her that I would like to open an account. I'm told that there is only one banker available and he is already helping someone, she is not sure how long he will be and they close at 5 (while looking at her watch) come back tomorrow when there will be three bankers available. I tell her that I will not be able to make it tomorrow and she shrugs.

  I deposited cash in the ATM before leaving on my honeymoon. The machine malfunctioned and it retained my cash and gave me no credit. Its been two weeks as of this review and still can not get my money. I'm not the only one going thru this with this bank. Do not gamble your money with this bank!
