  Callous and unresponsive customer service. They are just getting a paycheck. They don't appreciate your business. I have used the Colleyville and Fort Worth Branchs and they at least are happy that I am there.

  Split review. Some of their staff is terrible and others are great. Pretty random if the service will be bad, good or great. When driving around it going through the drive through you have to navigate a tight park because of where they out their trash bins.

  Waited in the lobby 40 minutes before a rep spoke to me, just to be told to call over the phone.
