  Been with bb&t for 8 or more years have multiple driect deposits set up. Your loyalty to them means nothing. They aren't capable of doing anything except read a computer screen. They have no sympathy for your situations. And if you ask them to explain something they say to you, they will instead just repeat themselves over and over again talking done down to you. I will be closing any account I have with them. And if you care about customer service and dependability you will to
