  3 months, 2 visits, and 5 phones calls later and I STILL don't have a simple debit card... Details. I opened a business account here, and requested they send me a Debit card. It never arrived and my temporary card got turned off. So I had to call and sit on hold with the card people to get it reactivated and request they send me a permanent card. This happened 3 MORE TIMES! They said they were gonna overnight a card to the branch and they would call me. 2 weeks later I called them. No card at the branch. Staff said they would have the branch manager call me back. They never did. At the time of this review I still don't have one. The staff is polite and try to be helpful. They just have zero ability to execute on anything. Needless to say I won't be going my business at this organization.

  This is the laziest, most unhelpful branch of BB&T i have ever been to. I do not suggest this brach to anyone instead i suggest going to the Bb&T near buckhed train station. There you will find helpful and trustworthy bankers.

  If you are driving there is a valet service you can use. This location is very busy.
