  BB&T is by far the worst bank ive had to deal with. I had to make a change of my mailing address 2 times with the same address (1st time i was told it was changed... waited 2 weeks for my card and received nothing in the mail. made the change a second time... Still no card... over 4 weeks without a card...). Don't try and pull money out on your lunch break you'll be standing in line for 20mins. Even with all this complaining the teller thats usually working is BAD... Not customer service bad, but bad like SEXY! So i'll give BB&T one start for the bad chick.
