  if you want to do your banking with a live person and not an ATM, this is not the bank for you. They only have one of three drive thru windows open everyday. They have almost no staff working here, and it takes forever. This review is being written as I wait in my car in the drive thru and so far my Wait has been about 14 minutes for two cars ahead of me. Going inside does not get you much faster service, as there are almost no tellers working here anymore. This Branch used to be very friendly and professional but over the last 2 years has really gone downhill. I wish they would go back to their old management or clean up their act and be more customer focused again.

  It's easy enough to find a space to park and use the drive-through. However, the ATM here is is in the drive-thru lane only. Out front there's a sign on top of a glass booth that looks deceptively like an ATM, it's not. It's a 24 hour deposit box only.
