  Okay, if you have never been here, even if you don't need lights, you need to stop in. This place is not just light bulbs and lights. They have ceiling fans, lights, fun decor, lights, crazy weird toys, lights, a huge popcorn machine, lights, funky displays, and lights. Not only do they have a lot of different items, the prices are great. Sales people are friendly and help you through the store. Gave some great ideas and suggestions for what we needed. Highly recommended.

  I'm not a giver of 5 star reviews lightly (pun intended) :+) but BBC is THE place to go if you are building, expanding, or just want an unique and fairly priced light for home decoration. Honestly, one could spend hours and bust a budget (you must resist the temptation to buy lights because they are fricken beautiful) just walking through the facility. BBC has a spectacular layout and also unique memorabilia that makes you just want to roam and enjoy. Check this place out. There is always a friendly person walking the floor to assist you. If you need a unique bulb, they have an extensive collection for you to choose. 5 Stars!!!!!!!

  Huge selection of lights!! Was able to find a perfect chandelier to match my unique decor, the place was actually fun to walk around, the sales folks were all incredibly friendly and knowledgable, and prices were reasonable. Would highly recommended you’re looking for anything from a standard fixture to a huge unique piece of lighted art.

  We drove an hour from suburban Chicago because we had heard that this was THE PLACE to go for lighting. It sure was!! Not only was the selection incredible, but the staff was so patient and helpful. They answered all of our questions and helped us find exactly what we wanted. We also found a gorgeous mirror to complement our new fixtures (we bought three!). What a wonderful place to shop!!! I cannot recommend it enough.

  I have purchased lights here several times. The only negative is often lights that interest me are only online. That being said, they have a massive online collection. I just like to see it in person before I order it. But if you are familiar with the brand, that might be good for you. The employees at the store are always pleasant and pretty knowledgeable. On a busy day, you might have a short wait for assistance. But, there is a lot to see. They have lots of accessories for home decor, too. One thing I noted on this visit was some of the lights I had selected were cheaper in store than online.
