  The best boutique in Houston! The store is magic. I was a long time Harold's customer and I get the same wonderful, Houston hospitality at BB1. The staff is THE BEST! You are always warmly welcomed and offered a wine, water, coffee, tea..... There is -0- pressure and you can see the top fashion as it hits Houston. Where else can you see the samples and give the owner your own opinion of what to buy for the next season? ... Attend a truck show for your favorite designer? BB1 is simply the perfect place for the well dressed, NO BEST dressed in Houston! The one stop for the woman that has excellent taste and loves fashion. It is also well priced! At BB1 your husband or best friend can call and ask Cali, Josef, Teresa or Veronica for the perfect gift for you! They will know and you get the perfect gift. Yes, YOU DO NEED TO READ THE RETURN POLICY. You can only get a store credit. I have shopped here for years and I rarely return a thing. A person that shops at BB1 becomes a friend. We need more businesses like BB1!

  Beautiful shop, attentive staff with seemingly well-made clothes, but NOT. I have shopped there twice now. The first time was disastrous due to their no refund policy I went back to get a store credit and had to buy something. I was just as disappointed the second time with the quality and will never go back. Just make sure you really like the clothes especially if you are conscientious of what you wear, how it looks on you and how it maintains it's shape after wearing an hour or two. I still have a credit to spend and will do so, but I will be so careful. I have bought better clothes at discount stores.
