  Not very happy with the service from this Post Office the mail Carrier's tend to leave packages in places that are unattended And not secure and will not even leave you a notice on your mailbox notifying you that you have a package times have truly changed with the male systemI have had several $100's of merchandise stolen from me because of this negligence so it's easy to say that I am not a happy customer😡 And even though I have made an official complaint even going as far as to complain to the postmaster himself they still leave my packages in my unsecured hallway!

  Not the cleanest of centers. it's conveniently located right off Boston Ave. There's a burger king, a black hair product place, a dollar store, the post office and a clothing shop - i'm probably forgetting something. parking is ok. i've never NOT found a spot.

  I must say the customer service here is on point. The reps are always helpful and willing to assist. In past experience at other places it hasn't always been the case. Kudos to Barnum Avenue front desk.

  This location is SCREAMING FOR HELP w/the Management of daily operations.. Never enough of anything on the customer counters..always getting someone else's mail or package pick up card in my paid box. Lack attention to detail!!!!! Dirty lobby, pan handlers take turns outside, some are more regular than others. Some Staff can use a customer service REFRESHER COURSE. I can't with the parking lot, which was devoloped awkwardly, and is a HUGE ISSUE w/ potential fender benders.. Proceed with caution!🤯😵‍💫
