  Called this morning bc of water heater issues and was told a tech would arrive within a 2 hour window. The guy came in 45 minutes, assessed the issue quickly and had the parts in the truck. I actually had them replace the tank altogether since it was past the warranty period and I have had problems with the tank less than 2 years ago. The tech was quick and cleaned up after he finished. Very simple. Thank you!

  My garbage disposal broke and was leaking all over under the sink.  It was a nightmare and how do you find a plumber?  And which one do you trust? My sister recommended Bay ridge Plumbing and Heating . The person who answered the phone was extremely pleasant.  She told me they were pretty booked and they wouldn't be able to make it out for almost a week. I was determined to use them. See I love my sister but she is by far the hardest person to please. I figured if she was happy with their service then they had to be good! I was willing to wait.  She also told me if anything earlier came up, they would call.  Well, no more than 20 minutes went by and I received a call telling me they had a cancellation if I was availble now?  Fortunately I was at home and ready so I said yes and came right over. In less than 30 minutes they were at my door.  When I opened the door, they had all of the equipment they needed and they went straight to the problem.  I explained how the garbage disposal had failed and within minutes they were working away on it.  It couldn't have taken them more than 30-45 minutes and they were done!  They even cleaned up the mess under the sink the old disposal had made.  They took everything back with them including the old garbage disposal.  I paid them and they were on their way.  Why can't everything in life be this simple and easy?
