  The workout and atmosphere here is exactly what you want from a gym. High intensity and everyone is very motivational. The owner/trainer Mike is very knowledgeable and knows how to get the most out of everyone. The main thing that stuck out to me is.... the workout is not done till the last person finishes..... the first people done motivate the rest to finish. I highly reccomend you give this gym a chance.

  Fantastic place to work out. All of the staff is professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Spacious, organized and clean facility with an ample amount of equipment. Welcoming and fun environment for all levels of fitness. You definitely get the instruction you need to help you through the workout. The gym is family friendly as well. They offer a great kids class which my kids enjoy. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to exercise. Been a member for almost three years now.

  Great box with a great community. Spacious gym with all the equipment you need. Class sizes are never too big and always have good energy. Coaching is great with Mike, Brian, Alex, Jake, Regina, and Lee all bringing their own unique energy. Would recommend for any level of crossfitter.
