  I was staying at the Four Seasons with an event my job hosted on 4/7/18. I admit it was a extremely busy night but the time we had to wait to be served was RIDICULOUS we had several waitstaff constantly walk past us without even saying hello. The mgr Mark came to help us and got us drinks and then another extremely long wait until even he came back he did comp us to try and make it right. But I order two small loaded fries and was charged for 2 large and when the order came it was 2 smalls I didn't notice till I got back to my room so I didn't go back but tonight's service was HORRIBLE

  I've rarely seen the bar in the Four Seasons lobby as busy as it should be. Recently renovated, this classy, modern space with great cocktails and a competent bar staff should be on everyone's after work list.

  I came here for restaurant night and everything was absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! I was a little hesitant to eat at what looked like a hotel bar but am so glad I did. The atmosphere is chill. Our service was incredible. And then there's the food. I went with some friends so I was able to try a variety of their menu items for restaurant week. The lobster tacos were delicious and well balanced and the burger was good. But my favorites were the scallops and skirt steak! Scallops: Perfect sear, beautifully plated, and absolutely divine. I ordered the skirt steak frittes rare and it was perfect. It literally melted in my mouth and was well seasoned. The the dessert...wow! A perfect ending to a perfect meal.

  Had a few drinks and dinner there. The food was average, but given the price point, I'd say not worth it. The main reason it's a one star review is that at the end of the dinner we split the check 3 ways. And we all kept our signed receipts, all three of us were overcharged despite what a signed receipt said. Maybe if it happened to one of us, I could discount it as ah honest mistake, but all three of us??? That's a clear cut scam. Something I definitely would not expect from a place of supposedly good reputation. Very disappointed...
